    I don’t know what the circ**stances of Maino’s arrest but I can not believe that they held him responsible for a drug related kidnapping at 11yrs old. To me I think whomever the adult that was involved in that situation should have been thrown under the jail for allowing a 11yr old child regardless of his upbringing to get involved in something like that. I don’t believe that at 11yrs old he could have known the Consequences of his actions because if he did he wouldn’t have done it, and I think he was used by the adult in this matter to save his/her own ass.
