i watch the show like every one of u did.jamie did good if i was going to rate it i give it a d.it was bad.and what the hell beyonce was wearing.
Oh and I loved Tevin Campbells performance He was pretty good still he looked tired tho

I think the BET Awards were OK. First to start off New Edition did good as far as the dance performance but the singing was WACK! Bobby Brown should of stayed his fat nasty crack head azz @ home. I’m wondering why did he lick out his tongue in the camera?? Hello dummy this is supposed to be a tribute to MJ, it’s not about u. Moving on, I was confused @ Beyonce’s performance. Was it a tribute to Micheal? And if so why the hell did she choose to sing that song. The only thing good about her performance was the background lighting. Trey Songs, Johnnie Gill, and Tyrese ripped it, their performance was the shyt. The OJays ripped it. It was funny when Eddie Levert cussed on accident. Jamie Foxx was funny as hell. The Lawanda and Sha Nana skit was funny. Lil Wayne’s performance was wrong on so many levels. It was distasteful and very inappropriate. And could somebody tell me why them young ass 12-14 yr old looking girls was on stage while he was performing that song??? That was awful. Soldier Boy needs to go back to school and stay the hell off the stage because he sure as hell cant rap. Keisha Cole and Monica ripped it. NeYo did very well I love his voice. The Baby Boy skit went too far. Jay Z dissed the hell out of Lil Wayne and TPain. The whole MJ tribute was cool to be a rush job but I think they should have planned a separate tribute special just for him and not try to squeeze it into an award show. That was my opinion of the Awards. They get a B- from me.
I loved the Bet Awards, Jamie and Keri Hilson did the best Performance to me, Jamie….You gotta love that man, he did his thing and he does a great job at whatever he do. When he had the white dude on the drums and Jamie had the guiter man that shyt was the bomb. The way Keri mixed her music and the whole dance routine was the bomb.Did,nt like Beyonce, JayZ,and Lil Wayne (to much profanity), they had the worst Performance.
in my opinion, i feel that BET should have kept the show that they were gonna run, and put a mini tribute (like they always do when they do “in memory of”) THEN put together a more respectable tribute for MJ. Because that mess at the awards was just ridiculous.
THE OVERALL SHOW GETS A C+ FROM ME. IT WAS A KOOL MJ TRIBUTE DONE IN SHORT NOTICE. JAMIE FOXX PULLED THE SHOW AND MADE IT ENTERTAINING TO WATCH BUT THE SHOW HAD SOME FOWL UPS BLEEPS AND BLUNDERS! A FEW CURSE WORDS AND SOME FORBIDDEN LANGUAGE SLIPPED PAST THE 30 SEC DELAY SWITCH..GUESS THE OPERATOR MUSTVE BEEN AS DRUNK AS SOME OF THE STARS..I AGREE, CIERRA DID A TERRIBLE PERFORMANCE BUT THEN AGAIN SHE HAS A STUDIO VOICE LIKE MOST ARTIST DO TODAY. DIDNT QUITE GET BEYONCE’S TRUBUTE? AVA MARIA? OH WELL SHE DID OK VOCALLY BUT WHO THE HELL UNDERSTOOD THAT SHYT..RALPH TRANSVANT NEEDED SOME HORMONE SHOTS, MAYBE HE COULDVE BORROWED FROM BOBBY’S 40LB WEIGHT GAIN!NE DIDNT DO WELL VOCALLY BUT THEY HAD THE MOVES GOOD JOB! BBD DID KOOL AND TEVIN CAMPBELL???? WHERE DID THEY FIND HIM? THE OTHER TRIBUTES WERE KOOL..IT WAS A SHOCK TO SEE HOV BACK ON STAGE BUT THE OTHER RAP PERFORMANCES GET A D- FROM ME..SOILDER BOY SHOULDVE STAYED INSIDE THAT BIG ASS BED CUZ HE’S SUCKISH NOT EVEN A REEL RAPPER AND AN EVEN WORSE PERFORMER BUT THE KIDZ LUV EM! DRAKE..NO COMMENT AND WEEZY, KEEP IT CLEAN FOR LIVE TV BRO. AND I DONT FAVOR THAT SONG AT ALL! SING IT AT UR CONCERT OR USE THE CLEAN VERSION FOR LIVE TV..BET NEEEDS A CLEANER IMAGE THAN THAT! THATS MY TAKE…DUECES
i watched the awards for about 10 minutes total………. Jamie Foxx & Martin doing the “Madea” thing as Shanaynay & Wanda….(no shame huh)
then
i saw the speeches by Alicia Keys & Wyclef….THAT part was kool….other than that i dont really f**k with BET….most of them motherf**kers aint talken bout nothin in their music anyway……..
but RIP to Micha’El Jackson !!!
The show was disappointing!!Not enough dancing and AAron Hall and Ralph Tresvant sounded terribble. Ciara is a great dancer and she should of danced. I would of loved to see Chris Brown,Usher, Justin Timberlake and some of the Motown artists like Smokie or Diana. Theres always the Grammys!

The BET Awards was the sh!t to me, I really loved it. I felt it was honest and the people who performed on such short notice did a good job. It wasn’t perfect there were a few blemishes, but for what they were able to accomplish in 2 days yo, they did a great job. Jamie Foxx was hilarious to me too. Chris Tucker would have been a good host too but I can imagine how broken up he’s feeling right now. Chris Brown didn’t need to be there, he’s a very good performer but dude is still on punishment and deserves to be. Let that brother rest off for a year cause had he been a regular dude, he’d be in jail for what he did. Even if he was provoked there’s no good reason why he did what he did, besides he doesn’t deserve a pat on the back just yet. Bottom line, if MJ did not pass away The BET Awards would not have felt “rushed” as Ket_Ket put it. I guarantee that when the next award shows that will follow wont have the spirit that this one had. As Jamie put it MJ was ours, the other people borrowed him.

It was ok, you could tell it was rushed…They should have allowed Chris Brown to perform. ITs not a true MJ tribute without dancing. Beyonce’s performance sucked!
I fill Chris Tucker should have hosted the show. And Chris Brown should have been in it. The show was alright not all that good.
Too the clown that called BET ward show second rate! You obviously don’t see many shows, granted there were a couple of people who shut have taken a seat and kept there damn mouth shut along with yo dumb @ss…I love with my people come together and support each other when called for..If MLK had died into days media I promise you fox news would not be doing a positive story and we know Michael was not perfect but I do know a man who was and they talked about him to so forgive me it I don’t bow down and kiss you critics @ss……..One Love Michael………….RIP
that lil wayne performance was s**t, i think his music is crap anyway, i mean the dude got talent but his lyrics are trash.
