Is Mariah Carey’s ‘Obsessed’ Directed At Eminem?
According to MTV.com, Mariah Carey may have responded to Eminem’s taunts on “Bagpipes From Baghdad” with her own stinging account of things on “Obsessed,” the first single from her upcoming album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel.
“…The singer never mentions the rapper by name, but the lyrics suggest Em may be the target, as Carey talks about the target’s drug problems. “It must be the weed, it must be the E/ ‘Cause you be poppin’, you get it poppin’,” Carey sings. Em recently opened up about his battle with drugs on his latest LP, Relapse…”
An interesting theory. Maybe we’ll see Bruno in the video rocking his own imperfect angel wings again chanting “my bum is on your lips, my bum is on your lips.”
What do you think? is Mariah trying to get gangsta or are folks reading too much into this?

I think its directed at because he wrote the song, I peed on her (or something like that) and has been dogging her in the media. I think he’s attacking her to gain attention for his album, Relapse and it worked since nick cannon went on the attack on him.

This song is definitely about Slim Shady’s ass and this is exactly what he get’s, he must have thought he was untouchable since Dre put him on in the first place it’s about time somebody said something to him. I actually like the song myself.
