When have you ever seen Jay-Z as being a dude who would throwdown for his homeboys? the game changed. its gonna take a lot of crossover appeal to keep the crakers upstairs happy. the label is forced 2 make tough decisions when an artist has “1 foot in the game”. its much easier 2 promote an act like kanye because most blacks DONT sell drugs and kill people. this leaves a donut hole in the industry for your every day 9 -5 black folks, wich represent a majority of those blacks WHO PURCHASE MUSIC. white folks wont confirm the dopeness of an artist untill we do. so when kanye began 2 outsell artist he used to produce 4, there was animosity. these kanye and jay z haters are comming out like tea baggers, go listen to college drop out or reasonable doubt 4 inspiration, young rappers.
