LL Cool J Goes To Washington

With Election Day (Nov. 4) only two weeks away, Mr. Smith has a few questions for the President in his new video, “Mr. President.”
LL recently premiered his controversial new video live on Boomdizzle.com.
“Mr. President” the new release from his album, Exit 13, takes a poignant look at issues affecting America today with questions for the current and forthcoming President. The song is especially relevant at this time during the height of this historic 2008 election.
The “Mr. President” video was directed by LL Cool J and Ron Lakis and features LL and Wyclef Jean.

I love that track and I want to run out and buy Exit 13. You are right this President has no regard for the law, but this has also been true for the last 2 republican administrations as well. President Clinton was not perfect but he was better for our country, children and our country’s future. I Hope that President elect Barack Obama will be able to answer all of the questions that you ask in your video and song”Mr President”. I love you as a rapper/hip hop artist because you never went gangster and when the nay sayers said that rappers don’t sing love songs you did you thing anyway and “I need love” was a hit and now other rappers sing love songs as well. Stay true to you and continue to be an innovator.

Mr. Smith, talking to the President really would not make a difference because he has lied to all of us so much and I am not sure if he is capable of remotely telling the truth! I pray that your project/ video spark the hearts of all those that observe it and give everyone an urgency to get out and vote on Nov. 4th, 2008! I love you and am very proud of your accomplishments!
