These superstars have electrified, dazzled and amazed us with their creativity, their lives and their songs. But to date, they’ve never won the coveted prize from The Recording Academy.

Below are the five chart topping successes who’ve never won a Grammy:

50 Cent:

The G-Unit head and Eminem protege has sold over 16 million albums and launched countless other successful franchises, but has yet to be honored by the Grammy community. Eminem, on the other hand, has won nine times.

Diana Ross:

Despite 18 No. 1 singles and a career spanning four decades, the Motown icon doesn’t have a Grammy statue for either her solo music or her work with the Supremes.

Tupac Shakur:

The revered rapper and poet has surprisingly never had a Grammy win, posthumous or otherwise.

Aaliyah:

Ill-fated R&B star Aaliyah sold a whopping 30 million albums and was even nominated for an Academy Award for her contribution to the ‘Anastacia’ soundtrack, but garnered no Grammy nods during her seven-year career.

Bob Marley:

Although a proper Grammy win has always eluded the late Reggae legend, he was recently announced as a 2007 Grammy Hall of Fame inductee.
