AUDIO: Larry Platt “Pants On The Ground” (Studio Version!)

Larry Platt is apparently gonna milk his 15 minutes of fame for all its worth.  He’s recorded a studio version of “Pants On The Ground,” the song he performed during American Idol auditions that made him a household name literally overnight.

According to TMZ, who posted the song on their website earlier, Platt’s former manager, Jason Mills, is releasing the song to radio stations without the permission of the artist.   He claims that he has the right to do it since the song is for promotional use and not for profit.

    I shudder to thing, what a dance to this song, would actually look like. What’s sad is that this man, through this song was trying to send a message to the younger generation to look better, and it’s not going to change at all, youngsters will continue to where there “pants on the ground” like some fools

    This track is off the chain and regardless of whether its a one hit wonder, I wonder if the contract he sign to produce this song, entitled him to keep the rights to his music?

    I understand the message he trying to send with this song and i aint knocking him for that, even tho i love to wear baggy pants. I do hope he make a remix called “loosen dem pants up” cause dudes wearing pants tighter than females now a days.
