“Less than a month after being sent to solitary confinement, incarcerated rapper DMX finds himself in the hot seat once again.

Phoenix’s Fox 10 news reports that X has attacked a Sheriff’s detention officer while on lockdown in Arizona’s Tent City prison facility, and may now face felony aggravated assault charges. If authorities decide to take action, the Yonkers MC could face up to 8 years behind bars.

X was put on 23-hour-a-day lockdown on February 8th after a separate incident with Maricopa County officers.

The former Ruff Ryders front man is currently serving a 90-day sentence for drug, theft and animal cruelty charges.”
