Chris Brown was seen on the campus of Norfolk State University over the weekend during a visit to his home state of Virginia, but the singer has “not applied,” has “not enrolled” and is “not interested” in the campus, a source tells TMZ.com.      

Brown, who is charged in the beating of Rihanna, was only there as a “support factor” for his cousin, who is a prospective student, the Web site reported. The artist, his mother and his cousin spent Saturday taking the First View campus tour — a guided, private trek through the entire Norfolk campus, including the dorms, the offices and the classrooms.
