Lil Wayne Pulls A No-Show!

Lil Wayne has become to Rochester what Axl Rose is to Philadelphia after canceling another show.
His first show was postponed due to sound problems and the replacement show has been canceled because co-headliner, T.I., has an appearance on Saturday Night Live that night.
