Never forget the day Aaliyah died, August 25th My Birthday!

She died the weekend before I started my senior year of high school. I know I didn’t know her but that ruined my first week of school. She was truly one female celebrity that we all could be proud to look up too. She lives on through her music which we as young women could relate to. R.I.P. Aaliyah.

wow 8 years already… she was and will always be my favorite singer… im mad because when she died they let her music die too…..

I will never forget the day when Alliyah died! She was one of my favorite singers! I cried all day, and half of the night. So many of our loved-ones and the celebrities that we look up to are leaving this world so soon. Thats why we need to not only take care of our bodies, but make sure you get yourself right with GOD. You never know when it’s your time to go, so just make sure you live everyday like its your last! RIP Alliyah, Michael Jackson,James Brown, Isac Haze, Bernie Mac, Jam Master J, Left Eye, Selena, Bob Marley, Barry White, Geral Levert, Luther Vandros, and all the other fallen celebrities that has made us laught, cry, sing to their music, relate their situations to ours, and made our lives much easier to bare! I will be the first to admit that Aaliyah was not he best singer to me, but what i liked about her was that she did the best with what god gave her. When she performed she put her heart and soul into it, and that is why people love her so much.
