On “So Appalled,” Kanye West’s latest G.o.o.d Friday leak, Jay-Z went out of his way to highlight MC Hammer’s financial misfortunes:

And Hammer went broke so you know I’m more focused / I lost $30 Mill so I spent another $30 ’cause unlike Hammer $30 Mill can’t hurt me.”

Evidently, the maker of “Can’t Touch Dis” took offense to the lyric and plans to respond to Hova on Halloween, otherwise known as “Devil’s Night.”

Hammer went so far as to Tweet Kanye West directly to say, “Jay-Hoe aka #HellBoy Tell Jay October 31st we’ll see if this record and video “Hurt’s Him.

Last year MC Hammer told Allhiphop.com that he had “respect for Jay-Z” and his ability to play chess in the industry [CLICK HERE TO WATCH], but feels prepared to go head-to-head with him now.

Was Jay-Z indeed “dissing” Hammer if he was simply stating facts? Or was this another sneak attack by Hova? What do you think Hammer is going to bring for Jay-Z?
