Wow, I know T.I. is in jail now, but Star & Buc Wild go in on the Grand Hustle rapper for the moves he’s made to get where he’s at.
While I don’t know nor care what happened behind the scenes with T.I.’s case, it seems that the dynamic duo of hate has an opinion about it.

Damn let Ole Boy do his time its not neccessary to do big time when you make a deal, at least he made his deal in front of everybody he just shouldnt have trusted people like these two from the start.Oh yeah and he knows how much time he may have gotten thats why he took the deal, second you still have to get convicted cases arent that clear and cut when you actually got chips, the feds arent just trying to go to court they want the deal too.

Star and Bucwild are just keeping the trend alive. State charges are always less than federal charges in the STATE of GA its illegal for a convicted felon to posses a firearm.
However…
The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution is the part of the United States Bill of Rights that protects a right to keep and bear arms from infringement by the federal government. The meaning and scope of this right has been described as among the most contested of the rights codified in the Bill of Rights.
The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that an outright ban on home possession of an operable firearm, such as a handgun, violates the Second Amendment, and has affirmed longstanding restrictions on the possession of firearms including handguns; the Court has not ruled that the Second Amendment applies to the state governments.
Therefore: T.I. is protected by his constitution al right to possess a firearm.
When logic is applied we see that Georgia State law (Illegal for Felons to possess firearms) prevents him from practicing his constitutional right.
Since GA’s state law works against the FEDERAL law then the whole case is now in question.
It was GA’s State law that prevented him from registering his weapons.
Thus concluding: GA’s state law prevented him from exercising his constitutional right.
THATS WHY HE ONLY RECEIVED ONE YEAR IN JAIL.

dude got a point 366 day sentence (1 year & 1 day for the mathematically challenged)even allows for parole in like 8 or 9 months, not bad for gettin’ busted with 3 automatic weapons and more…gotta wonder what he said and/or who got paid.
