As the news spreads of 50 Cent’s apparent steep sales drop for Before I Self Destruct, former protégé turned rival Game has emerged to take the credit.

In a recent interview with Complex.com to promote his forthcoming R.E.D. Album, the Game pointed to his on wax G Unit feud from 2005-2007 as what began his rivals’ “downfall.”

“It’s just Hip-Hop and I think that he’s more bitter towards me then anyone else he’s had drama with because look what I did to his brand. I killed G Unit,” Game told Complex.com. “I killed the clothes, I killed the brand, I killed Tony Yayo, Banks, and Buck at that time. Like I really f**ked up a lot of money for that dude. Not only for him but my label, Jimmy Iovine, who at this point, I’m apologetic to.”

Honestly, I have noticed that 50 is becoming less popular everyday. Sales are decreasing and everything however, I don’t think that The Game is responsible for 50’s loss, I believe that 50 is responsible for his own down falls. 50’s result for everything is drama and YES it was cute and attractive at first but, now it has become annoying! If he refrains from putting everyone else down than maybe he’ll become someone again.

Ignorance! See how people hate….. It doesnt matter,50 is still the 100 million dollar man and I bet Game didnt kill that. So ha ha!

He did play a part in g-units demmise. But just like 50, Game killed himself. If neither of them is taking a cheap shot at someone or tryin to start a so-called “beef” then neither of them is saying anything. If all you’re good at is destroying and tearing down then you ain’t s**t. Anybody can destroy or tear down, but it takes something better to en-power and up-lift. Try doing that once in your life and see just how good you really are.

Correlation is not causation … but it’s hard to argue that Game didn’t do major damage to the G-Unit brand …. well not more damage than a stable full of wack rappers did but still.

@ MIKE_DIESEL27 the game and 50 have released the same amount of cd’s dog and i think all of games cd’s went platinum g unit is like the st lunatics and d-12
you have 1 start rapper and the rest are just gettin residuals off of features and when the crew breaks up the star player keeps rollin so @ VONVERSACE where is g unit after g unit ?? NOWHERE !! 50 wont even let them release another cd beacause he knows it would be a waste of time and money and could potentially destroy their career even more and i agree with @ BigBlackRod beef and street s**t is a bad long term investment
