Kimora Lee Simmons In Labor

According to Bossip.com Kimora Lee Simmons had time to post this photo on Twitter of her waiting to give birth.  I think Erykah Badu started this Tweeting between contractions trend awhile back. Will we be getting Spike Lee angles next? Hope all goes well with the delivery.
