Lebron Dunk Tape To Be Returned!

Nike says it is returning videotapes it confiscated of NBA star LeBron James getting dunked on at a recent basketball camp.
Nike said it is giving back tapes to two accredited journalists who filmed Xavier’s Jordan Crawford dunking over James during a recent pickup game at a skills academy run by the superstar at the University of Akron.
The sports apparel giant said only one of the tapes captured the infamous dunk, which has been an Internet sensation.
Nike said it took the tapes based on its media guidelines that no pickup games be filmed.
This week, videos emerged of Crawford’s dunk in which he drove the lane and slammed over James, who was not guarding him and was the last defender between Crawford and the basket.

DaintyJen said it best: is his ego THAT big to have a tape of a silly dunk confiscate? The worst is that had he not asked Nike to confiscate the tape, this story wouldn’t be half as big as it got about now. Every great player got his less prestigious moment but they just move on. Le Bron is cool but he needs to grow up and not let small stuff like that get to him. Otherwise, it’ll make him look immature.
I don’t even know why dude jumped to begin with! LOL! I laughed so hard when I seen that dunk but really, he don’t even need to be trippin’ about some pick up game dunk when you suppose to be the most exciting player in the game since Jordan…I can’t stand when they say that on NBA 2K9. Do Kobe got to win 8 championships to get some shine?! We all know he the best player in the game, hands down.

Nike is full of crap…now that the tape is out their they acting like they doing giving the tapes back because they are great people,lol. The funny thing about conspiracy theories is that it is just that, a theory! Questions we’ll never know: 1. Did Lebron tell Nike to scoop those tapes I cant be seen being dunked on by some no name college dude. 2. Did nike ask Lebron is it ok to take the tapes. 3. DID nike tell Lebron we gonna take the takes your brand is too important to let it be seen.

The brand of Lebron James is in good standing but if he was the reason the tape got confiscated that’s not cool but Im still wanna see Lebron win a chip bcuz he carries a team on his back in big games I.e. 29 or his team’s 30 pts in detroit a couple yrs back n last yrs playoff series vs orlando.

here’s the whole thing- I know that there trying to protect the james brand, but who cares he could have easily been dunked on in the regular season by a rookie.who cares!!!!!!!All the greats have been dunked on.some worse than others,but who cares!!!!!!!
