Celebs came out for the Paper Magazine event last night in NYC including Hip-Hop’s favorite couple, Kanye West and Amber Rose. The couple looks like they got fresh cuts before the party, Amber’s hair is perfectly platinum and Kanye got some major stenciling done in his hair.
