Most black peoples acne is caused by our reaction to dairy products because of our lactose intolerance. I had had enough and felt like “killing” myself like some posters until I was lucky enough to have somebody to advice me to get an allergy test in my adulthood as our genes mutate and change us.

Now I avoid food containing dairy and mushrooms and gladly got my life back again. I also found having apples or oranges daily helps for some reasons. Even my hair loss have began to slow down since I kept looking after my stomach.
