MY MOST PRICELESS MOMENT HAPPENED A COUPLE OF YEAR AGO. MY GREAT GRAND MA WAS 102 YEARS OLD AND MY MOM BOUGHT HER A JUMBO SIZE BAG OF M&M'S WITH THE PEANUTS AS A PRESENT FOR CHRISTMAS.( GG MA NEVER KNEW THEY CAME IN A BAG THAT BIG) SHE WAS SHOCKED AND SHE STARTED CRYING. MY LITTLE CUZIN WHO WAS 1 1/2 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME SAW THE CANDY AND WENT AFTER GG MA. IT WAS A SIGHT TO SEE.. GG MA AND A BABY FIGHTING AND ARGUING OVER SOME M&M'S. EVERYBODY IN THE ROOM FELL TO THE FLOOR LAUGHING. FOUR GENERATION IN ONE HOUSE SHARING A MOMENT LIKE THAT IS PRICELESS. WE SHOULD HAVE GOT IT ON CAMERA..

My most priceless Christmas moment was in 2000. On October 2, 2000, I gave birth to a 1 pound baby girl. I didn't know I was pregnant with her, The same day I found I was pregnant was the same day I had to have her because I had seizers and the doctor almost lost me 3 times. And what was a blessing to me is because even though she was only 1 pound, she was breathing on her own. I had to spend her 1st Thanksgiving with her in the hospital NICU. She's was able to come home on Dec 6, 2000. So I got to spend time with my baby at home for her 1st Christmas. But on Jan 1,2001 she was only 3 months olds I had to take her back to the hospital so she could have surgery on her hernia. So I spent the New Years with her in the hospital.By the grace of God she made from being 1 pounds, from having surgery, to now being 9 years old and very healthy. So year 2000 was a good and should I say a very Priceless year for me....

After the passing of my mother 5 yrs ago on the 29 of November. Every 29th of November brings me more closer to understanding what an incredible force of nature she was and still is in my life. I'm from the boot you know, Lafayette, Louisiana to be exact. Birdman you know the depth of relationships between Louisiana men and their mothers. Nothing like it on the planet.....

this past thanksgiving was a priceless holiday. Since moving to the city I missed a lot of moma's home cooking but sickness and death in the family brought me home to her. My mother suffered a stroke last November and I had to rush home for that. She bounced back but in May she suffered kidney failure and that has put a lot of worries on me especially to see her with all these tubes in her at 56. I have prayed everyday almost and I thank God that i was able to spend time with her during Thanksgiving and be there for her in the unexpected death of my uncle Nate"carolina bulldog" Johnson. Moma can still cook too. She is one tough woman with skills. I would suprise her big time if i win this g.

Well my most priceless moment for the holidays would have had to been last year during New Years!!! My Christmas wasn’t the best, because my brother had just passed and everybody’s spirits where low about it, and the energy for Christmas had went right out the window. So for New Years I had told myself I was going to go all out, do it big, and start the year off right. And that I did! I can remember it like it was last night. I had been shopping for the right outfit for like 3 days before, came up with this hot to def one piece bebe jumpsuit with some rockin gold stilettos. Yes, oh yes I was ready for my night. New Years eve came around and I was ready to hit the streets, didn’t know where I was going but I was going to end up some where. Every body was talking about going downtown on Beale Street here in Memphis so I took a jump for it. Me and my best friend Brittney got in my car and just went. The 1st stop was the club “level 2” and yes oh yes it was poppin. Went straight thru the VIP doors no questions and no waitin in lines. Felt like a movie star at my opening movie. LOL. Got to the VIP area and drinks where waitin like they just knew what I wanted before even asking. Spent about 2 hours in the club and was ready to make my next stop. Beale Street here we come. Got to Beale street and the blocks where packed from light to light. But it was all good me and my girl just parked our car at the gas station and started walking over to Beale. People where every where; guys where looking and asking for names. And for once females where giving compliments instead of hating (maybe a few where hating but you know how that is, lol). Made it to Beale and was on my Diva scroll. Every where I went I didn’t pay a dime, cause there was always someone offering me and my girl something. Made my way inside club 152 on Beale and was ready for the count down. Me and my girl was the life of the party on the 3rd floor. The DJ was giving us shout outs, and we where lifted. 5, 4, 3,2…1111111 HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! Priceless!!!!!

my most memorable holiday would have to be about 6 years ago. And it was when i had my grandmother and grandpa. we would all get together on the holidays and listen to music and look at old pictures. There is nothing like having your family around to share the good times. But after loosing my my grandparent the holidays have not been the same and they never will be. When they passed away apart of me died too so the holidays are not cheerful anymore. But the time i would have to pick is new years eve. My family would have a big party and all the family would come down and have a good time. MY grandmother was not like any other grandmother she was my best friend. I can still see her dancing in the middle of the floor. But i the reason why this sticks out o me is because when the ball was about to drop i ran to my grandmother and we watched the ball drop together and said I LOVE YOU to each other. SO new years eve would have to be the one i pick!

My most memorsble holiday will have to been last christmas because thatwas the last i saw my grandmother and great uncle who passed away this past sept and I truly know the holidays won't be the same without them here.I know my mother just has been inspiration through losing her mother because through it all she has been staying focus on giviing back to others becasue that's how my grandmother raised my mother. My wish this year would to be surrounded by loved one for the holidays and to continuie to give back this holidays to the less fortunate. I think we are blessed to just see another day and get in to the Chrsitmas mood and remember the holiday is about giving back to others it's not aboutyour gifts you may get.I feel if i dont get another christmas gift i m just glad to wake another day and help brighter up another persons life. So forget about yourself this holiday and thin What can I do to help be a blessing to someonelse?"Your album is hot and keep making good music no matte what.

My most memorable holiday is every holiday as long as God blesses me to wake up and enjoy each moment and day. People go thru struggles, its part of life. No one reaches 90yrs old on their death bed and say " i had a very easy life !" That's not realistic..So as long as we are alive to breath each breath, then its memorable. Going thru the hustle and baracades in this journey we call life has made most of us forget that alot of people are Gone. So i just want to end this with the advise that although people on here are writing sad stories only for the money, each day gives us hope to make better decisions and always thank God (for ppl who don't believe in God, well, your higher power) for each MOMENT we get to enjoy with our loved ones..Thank you, happy holidays!!

My name is Paulette I am from Cleveland Ohio my most Priceless Holiday Memory was when I was 7 yrs old i come from a family of 5 and Both my parents are Deaf. We move to Cleveland from Memphis Tennesse when i was 2yrs old and we struggle the whole time we were here. We went many many days with out water lights and gas summer time and winter time and i just couldn't understand why. For the first time on Xmas day we had nothing cut off. My parents brought us toys from the good will but they were the best toys we ever had. Just being in a warm house was a true Xmas fro us. We take so much for granted. Material things come and goes but i learn to look outside the box and see what other people are going thru. I am now 44 yrs old my son is 27 yrs old and my daughter is 19 yrs old. My son has 8 kids 6 girls and 2 boys. My grandkids ask me granny can i get this for xmas and that i told i have a greater gift my LOVE. I learn its not about material things but to help others. I took them to a shelter place and let them see what other people go thru. I love helping others . My grandkids are my crew waking up to them is a true Xmas and blessing for me. All these stories truly touch me and ever brought tears to me. I would love to help each and everyone of you and remember God has the last words. Please keep your head above the water. Good Luck to all of you.

IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST OF 2005 MY FAMILY AND I LOST EVERYTHING. AT THE TIME MY OLDEST DAUGHTER WAS PREGNANT. SINCE LEAVING OUR HOME IN LOUISIANA IT HAS BEEN A STRUGGLE, LOSING MY MOM AND THE CORE OF OUR FAMILY A YEAR LATER AND MOVING TO MISSISSIPPI, ALL WE HAD GROWN TO LOVE AND HOLD DEAR WAS GONE, BUT GOD KELP OUR HEADS ABOVE WATER. THIS WILL BE THE BEST CHRISTMAS THAT MY KIDS AND I WILL HAVE. I AM A SINGLE MOM WITH THREE WELL DESERVING KIDS, WHO DON'T ASK FOR MUCH BUT DESERVE A LOT. THROUGH IT ALL MY KIDS HAVE GROWN TO LOVE AND RESPECT EACH OTHER, OTHER PEOPLE AND THE LIFE THAT GOD HAS BLESSED US WITH. NOW WITH A NEW JOB AND GRACE FROM GOD ALMIGHTY I WILL BE ABLE GIVE THEM A XMAS THAT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO HAVE SINCE WE LEFT HOME(LOUISIANA)....BUT BESIDES THE MATERIAL THINGS WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR EACH OTHER AND THAT AFTER FOUR YEARS WE STILL ARE SURVIVING.............ALWAYS KNOW THAT NO MATTER WHAT LIFE THROWS YOUR WAY GOD HAS THE FINAL SAY OVER YOUR LIFE..............BE BLESSED AND MERRY XMAS EVERYONE

MY MOST PRICELESS HOLIDAY MEMORY HAPPENED ON NEW YEARS EVE 2008. WELL, FOR STARTERS; MY BIOLOGICAL FATHER PASSED AWAY APRIL 1991 WHEN I WAS JUST 9 MONTHS OLD, THEREFORE, I WAS NEVER ABLE TO GET TO KNOW MY FATHER. ANYWAYS, I GUESS AFTER HE PASSED AWAY, HIS FAMILY AND MY MOTHER GREW APART AND ACCORDING TO MY MOTHER, SHE HADN'T SPOKEN TO THEM SINCE JUNE 1991. DUE TO THIS SEPARATION, I GREW UP NEVER HAVING MET MY FATHER'S SIDE OF MY FAMILY. WELL, WHEN I GOT TO BE ABOUT 13 YEARS OLD, I STARTED THINKING ABOUT THEM ALOT, YOU KNOW, THINKING ABOUT HOW THEY ARE, WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE, YOU KNOW, THINGS LIKE THAT. I ASKED MY MOTHER QUESTIONS ABOUT THEIR IDENTITY: FIRST AND LAST NAMES, WHERE THEY LIVED, THINGS LIKE THAT. SHE GAVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION AND AFTER I GAVE BIRTH TO MY SON AT AGE 15, I DECIDED TO LOOK FOR MY "LONG LOST" FAMILY. MY MOTHER TOOK ME TO THE HOMES THAT MY UNCLE AND ONE OF MY COUSINS USED TO LIVE IN, BUT THEY NO LONGER STAYED THERE, AND THE PEOPLE THAT LIVED THERE AT THAT TIME OF COURSE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT THE PRIOR TENANTS. I DID AN ANTWONE FISHER MOVE AND LOOKED IN PHONE BOOKS FOR NUMBERS AND SUCH, BUT DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING. I CHECKED ON MYSPACE AND OF COURSE DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING SO I FINALLY DECIDED TO LEAVE IT ALONE. I TOLD MYSELF THAT THEY PROBABLY WOULDN'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH ME ANYWAYS. IF THEY WANTED TO GET TO KNOW ME, THEN THEY WOULD'VE CONTACTED ME. WE STILL STAYED IN THE SAME HOUSE THAT MY MOTHER HAD LIVED IN SINCE SHE WAS 12 YEARS OLD. STILL HAD THE SAME HOUSE NUMBER, AND MY MOTHER STILL HAD THE SAME CELL PHONE NUMBER THAT SHE HAD SINCE 1989. MY MOTHERS NAME WAS STILL THE SAME AS WELL. SO I FIGURED IF THEY WANTED TO FIND ME THEN IT WOULDN'T BE HARD. THIS WAS IN EARLY 2006. WELL TWO YEARS PASSED AND I HAD ACTUALLY HAD FORGOTTEN ALL ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION. NEW YEARS EVE OF 2008, I GOT A MESSAGE IN MY INBOX ON FACEBOOK IN THE MORNING FROM A GUY WITH THE SAME NAME AS MY FATHER'S FIRST SON. I READ THE MESSAGE AND IT WAS JUST ASKING ME ABOUT MY FATHER: WHAT WAS MY FATHERS NAME...DID HE PASS ON APRILS FOOLS DAY 1991...DO I HAVE AN OLDER BROTHER THAT MY MOTHER ALSO HAD BY MY FATHER...THINGS LIKE THAT. SO I IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED BACK TO HIM ANSWERING ALL OF HIS QUESTIONS AND ASKING HIM HOW DOES HE KNOW ALL OF THAT AND IS HE MY BROTHER. HE SAYS YES...HE BEGINS TO TELL ME ALOT OF THINGS TO VERIFY THAT HE IS WHO IS SAYS HE IS, SO I ASK MY MOTHER TO READ EVERYTHING AND SHE VERIFIES THAT EVERYTHING THAT HE IS SAYING TO ME IS TRUE, AND SHE LOOKED AT THE PICTURE AND TELLS ME THAT HE IS MY BROTHER (HE IS ALOT OLDER THAN ME-ALMOST THE SAME AGE AS MY MOTHER----MY FATHER IS 27 YEARS OLDER THAN MY MOTHER). SO HE GIVES ME HIS CELL NUMBER AND I CALL HIM AND HE INFORMS ME THAT HE IS IN TOWN FOR THE HOLIDAYS AND WOULD LIKE TO MEET UP WITH ME AND MY BROTHER (FULL BROTHER) IF MY BROTHER IS INTERESTED. SO THE NEXT DAY (NEW YEARS DAY 2009) HE COMES TO OUR HOUSE AND JUST GOT TO KNOW EACH OTHER A LITTLE BETTER. HE INVITED US TO COME TO THEIR FAMILY HOLIDAY DINNER WHICH WAS AT HIS SON'S HOUSE (WHO LIVES HERE IN CLEVELAND, OHIO JUST A FEW MINUTES AWAY FROM ME). MY BROTHER DIDN'T WANT TO GO (HE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE WHOLE THING), BUT MY MOTHER INSISTED THAT I GO (I WAS HESITANT ABOUT MEETING BASICALLY MY WHOLE OTHER FAMILY). SO MY MOTHER WENT WITH ME, AND I HAD THE MOST MAGICAL TIME OF MY LIFE. I WAS THE MOST WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE OTHER THAN WHEN MY SON WAS BORN THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I KNOW THIS SEEMS LIKE IT COMES STRAIGHT OUT OF ANTWONE FISHER'S LIFE, BUT IT WAS WONDERFUL. WE TALKED AND LAUGHED AND SHARED STORIES (AFTER THE INITIAL NERVOUSNESS WORE OFF). IT WAS A BLAST. SO THAT IS MY MOST PRICELESS HOLIDAY MEMORY.
BTW...OVER THIS PAST YEAR, I HAVE GROWN EXTREMELY CLOSE TO THEM, AND IT ALMOST SEEMS AS THOUGH WE HAD NEVER BEEN SEPARATED.

I have to honestly say that this year will be my most priceless holiday. I was abandoned by my childrens father, so therefore I was left to cary the load. I have a 4 year old little girl and a 2year old little boy. Because of this rough economy, I could only find a part-time job which only allow me to work 4 hours a day. I don't make very much money but yet God still makes a way for me and my children to get by. The reason why I say that this year is going to be my most priceless holiday, is because God loved and favored my children and I so much, that he allowed us to see another Christmas. I cant affored the things that my children would like, but they understand. Even though my daughter is only 4, she always tell me," Mommy don't worry because God will make a way for us somehow!" Im just so blessed and thankful that I get to spend my most piceless holiday with my two most priceless gifts. Good luck to the other members, and may God bless the person that will recieve this prize. I pray the blessings of the Lord rest upon all you and your families! God Bless :-)

OMG FIRST OF ALL SOME OF YOU REALLY TOUCHED ME I WAS CRYING READING SOME OF YOUR RESPONSES IF THATS TRUE WHAT YOU ALL SHARED GOD BLESS YOU AND YOU WILL BE OK JUST PRAY.

!!! MY MOST PRICELESS HOLIDAY MEMORY WAS!!!!

LAST CHRISMAS I WAS 8 MONTHS PREGNANT A SINLGE PARENT AND I WAS WORKING BECASUE WHO ELSE WAS GOING TO BUY MY NEW CHILD NEEDS . SO I DID WHAT I HAD TO DO SO ON DEC 24 PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS I WAS WORKING ON GRANT ST IN NEWARK NJ THAT ENTIRE BLOCK IS FULL OF SHELTERS IN WHITCH WOMEN WITH CHILDEN OR HOMELESS PEOPLE IN GENERAL CAN STAY IF THEY NEED TO .SO I WORKED THERE AND I HONESLTY DONT KNOW HOW I DID BECASUE I LEFT CRYING EVERYDAY I WANTED TO HELP SO BAD BUT I DIDENT KNOW HOW . SO I WAS HUGE AND IM TELLING YOU MY STOMACH WAS HUGE I WAS PRACTULLY HAVING MY SON SOON BUT I WAS BACK AND FORTH TO WORK THEN THE BUS THEN HOME. HOME WASENT THE BEST BECASUE I CONSTANLY TALKED MY FAMILY TO DEATH ABOUT HOW IM GONNA CHANGE THE WORLD AND HELP THE HOMELESS BUT IT SEEMED AS IF TO EVERYONE ELSE IM CONFUSED BUT TO BE IM SERIOUS AND IM GOING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE. SO A WEEK PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS I WENT TO MY MAYOR AND ADDRESSED THE ISSUSE OF HOMELESSNESS AND SUGGESTED IF THEY KNEW A PLACE WHERE TOYS WHERE NOT NEEDED I KNOW A ENTIRE BLOCK OF FAMIILIES WHO REALLY NEED IT. HE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID " SHOULDNET YOU BE ON MATERNITY LEAVE AND BESIDES THE PEOPLE DOWN THERE BEEN THERE FOR A WHILE THERE USED TO LIVING THIS WAY" . I TOLD HIM " MAJORITY OF PEOPLE ARE NOT BORN HOMELESS THEY ARE PUT INTO A SITUATION WHERE THERE HOMELSS AND FEEL THERE IS NOTHING TO LIVE FOR." HE JUST LOOKED AT ME SO I TOOK A PIECE OF PAPER AND WROTE DOWN THE ADDRESS TO THE SITE IN WHICH WE DO CHRISTMAS ON GRANT STREET WHERE EVERYONE MEETS IN HOPE THAT HE WILL BRING GIFTS AND FOOD. SO I WENT HOME CHRISTMAS CAME DEC 25 ,08 IM ABOUT TO POP AND IM CONCERNED ABOUT THE CHILDEN AND THERE PARENTS ON THE STREETS AND IN THE SHELTER ON GRANT STREET. SO I GOT UP EARLY I GOT TIRED OF MY FAMILY NOT LISTENING AND I CONVINCED THEM ALL TO COME WITH ME TO SEE MY FRIENDS IN THE SHELTER. SO WE ALL WENT IT WAS AROUND 11 AM EVERYONE WAS UP AND GATHERING INTO THE MAIN ROOM LIKE EVERY CHRISTMAS THERE WAS NO FOOD NO GIFTS AND NO HOLIDAY CHEER AND I KEPT HAVING TO WALK AWAY TO THE BATHROOM AND CRY BECASUE I COULD NOT STAND HOW PEOPLE COULD FORGET OR NOT CARE ABOUT THE LESS FOUTUNATE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD I WAS MAD AT THE WORLD , AT OUR MAYOR ,AT MYSELF BECASUE I COULDENT DO MUCH I WAS TIRED I HAD BEEN ALL OVER WALKING TRYING TO CONVINCE PLACES TO DONATE TOYS AND FOOD TO MY HOMELESS FRIENDS I HAD NO MONEY TO BUY ANYTHING. MY FAMILY BEGAN TO GET AGRIVATED THEY COULD NOT SEE WHY I CARED SO MUCH SO AS SOON AS THEY WERE ABOUT TO LEAVE SOMEONE STARTED KNOCKING ON THE DOOR AND I ANSWERED IT I THOUGHT IT WAS SOME OTHER HOMELESS PEOPLE I GAVE THE ADDRESS TO, TO COME TO GRANT STREET AND SPEND CHRISTMAS WITH ME AND THE REST OF MY HOMELESS FIRENDS . SO I OPENED THE DOOR AND IT WAS THE MAYOR AND ALOT OF OTHER PEOPLE I CONTACTED FROM ORGANIZATIONS TO BRING FOOD AND TOYS I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT I BEGAN TO CRY AND I TURNED AROUND AND WHEN I SAW ALL MY HOMELESS FRIENDS FACES AND IN TEARS I WAS SO HAPPPY . MY FAMILY COULD NOT BELIEVE IT WE ALL CAME TOGETHER WENT INTO THE KITCHEN AND WE COOKED AND TOYS WERE GIVEN OUT AND FOR ONCE IN THERE LIVES IN A LONG TIME PARENTS WERE ABLE TO SEE THERE CHILDREN SMILE AND HAVE SOMETHING HOT TO EAT AND SMILE THEMSELVES. THAT WAS INDEED THE BEST CHRISTMAS EVER

I BELEVE THE KEY TO A GOOD PERSON IS A PERSON WHO CAN LOOK AT THEMSELVES AT THE END OF THE DAY AND SAY " WHAT HAVE I DONE FOR THE LESS FORTUNATE" I AM A FIRM BELIEVER IN HELPING OTHERS AND I ALWAYS WILL .TO ME CHRISTMAS IS WAY MORE THEN JUST CHRISMAS ITS A DAY WHERE ONCE A YEAR PEOPLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO JUST SIT DOWN AND APPRECIATE ONE ANOTHER THEY DONT HAVE TO BE YOUR FAMILY OPEN THE DOOR AND LOOK AT HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE OUTSIDE HOMELESS OFFER THEM A HAND A MEAL UR HEART. I GET EMTIONAL EVERYTIME I THINK ABOUT OR TALK ABOUT THIS .I TOLD THIS STORY FOR A REASON TO LET EVERYONE KNOW DO MORE THIS CHRISTMAS BECAUSE BIRDMAN IS RIGHT IT IS MORE THEN MONEY I DONT HAVE MONEY IM A SINGLE PARNET AND AT THE TIME I WAS A SINGLE BABY MOTHER SOON TO BE PARENT I WAS SCARED BUT WHAT MADE ME HAPPY WAS TO KNOW THAT I HAD PEOPLE WHO CARED FOR ME NOT ONLY MY FAMILY BUT MY HOMELESSS FAMILY ..

I AM NOW A PSYCHOLOGY MAJOR AT MSU AND I PLAN TO USE MY PHD TO OPEN DOORS FOR MY HOMELESS FRIENDS . I WILL BECOME A EAR TO EVERYONE WHO STOPPED BELIEVING IN THEMSELVES OR HAVE PLAIN GIVIN UP.!!!
I HOPE MY STORY HELPED AND TAUGHT PEOPLE A LESSON NOW YOU NKOW THATS WHY 09 CHRSTMAS WAS SO PRICELESS FOR ME !!!

THANK YOU AND I HOPE YOU ENJOYED MY STORY....

HE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID ” SHOULDNET YOU BE ON MATERNITY LEAVE AND BESIDES THE PEOPLE DOWN THERE BEEN THERE FOR A WHILE THERE USED TO LIVING THIS WAY” . I TOLD HIM ” MAJORITY OF PEOPLE ARE NOT BORN HOMELESS THEY ARE PUT INTO A SITUATION WHERE THERE HOMELSS AND FEEL THERE IS NOTHING TO LIVE FOR.” HE JUST LOOKED AT ME SO I TOOK A PIECE OF PAPER AND WROTE DOWN THE ADDRESS TO THE SITE IN WHICH WE DO CHRISTMAS ON GRANT STREET WHERE EVERYONE MEETS IN HOPE THAT HE WILL BRING GIFTS AND FOOD.

I BELEVE THE KEY TO A GOOD PERSON IS A PERSON WHO CAN LOOK AT THEMSELVES AT THE END OF THE DAY AND SAY ” WHAT HAVE I DONE FOR THE LESS FORTUNATE” I AM A FIRM BELIEVER IN HELPING OTHERS AND I ALWAYS WILL .TO ME CHRISTMAS IS WAY MORE THEN JUST CHRISMAS ITS A DAY WHERE ONCE A YEAR PEOPLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO JUST SIT DOWN AND APPRECIATE ONE ANOTHER THEY DONT HAVE TO BE YOUR FAMILY OPEN THE DOOR AND LOOK AT HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE OUTSIDE HOMELESS OFFER THEM A HAND A MEAL UR HEART.

THANK YOU AND I HOPE YOU ENJOYED MY STORY….

This years is my "Priceless" Xmas. About four months ago, my daughter friend found out she was five months pregnant and her parents was making her give him away in adoption. I immediately offered to help her. I was going to adopt her child but it was too costly because I was in another state and it was considered an Interstate Adoption. I was a Foster Parent for the State of Nc but now I'm living in Georgia. I knew this young sixteen year old girl for over 3 years. I'm a mother of three myself. I didn't want this young girl to live with a decision that could affect her for life. I talked to her mom via phone and we came to an agreement that I would raise her child for about two to four years so she could finish high school and get her life together. I'm doing this from the kindness of my heart. I didn't ask for any money from them and her mom the never bothered offering. I just recently quit my job in November due to being a Whistle Blower and being retaliated against but I believed in the safety of everyone especially elderly and children. I have a job offer at the Army Hospital but waiting on my starting date. On November 16th, I droved to NC to pick him up from the hospital. I didn't have enough funds to cover this trip but the Lord made a way for me to save this innoncent child. I stayed for about three days. The mother said her last goodbyes to her child. It was a very emotional time for me and the mother as well. As I drove off I literally cried. I don't know how a baby snatcher feels but I felt like one that day. On my way home traveling four hours, I called my sister and explained what I was feeling. She referred to me as a BABY SAVER. I have him now, Jayden is three weeks old. Everyday I ask myself, How could a parent give up your first grandchild? A childs life you should cherish forever. I mean I'm not really financially able but I'm managing. I have a supporting family as well as friends. Jayden is "Priceless" and he has been the best Xmas present anyone has ever given me. Enough about me, I heard couples of your song by limewire of course and they're really nice. When I lived in New Orleans for five years 1999-2004, Back then you were part of the 504 Boyz. I also was employed by a Security Company in the Subdivision in which you lived E...Turn. I worked the West Gate and patrolled your area every Saturday night. I really think you guys in New Orleans are really giving back to your community and thats a great thing...Take care Birdman and Merry Xmas to you and your Family...Jazz1972...mssassy504@hotmail.com

On one Christmas day, my cousin and his girlfriend were involved in an atuo accident. The accident left her a double amputee and irreverable internal damage. As a result, they were advised that they would never be able to have any children. A year later, she discovered she was pregnant. They have gone on to have 3 beautiful girls and minister their own church. It was then that I truly believed in miracles and that when the doctor says "no", that Jesus can still say "yes." Luv ya Jerome and Keisha!

My most memorable and priceless holiday moment happened early Christmas morning in 2003. Around 3am I knew that it was time to make my move and time was of the essence beacuse I wouldn’t have much of it to make it to my destination.
I didn’t own a car and neither did my then boyfriend, and I didn’t have anyone else to wake at that time of morning so I called the paramedics. They arrived and took my vitals, loaded me into the ambulance and then told me they were taking me to the Grant Hospital, which was the closest. I disagreed and informed them that I wanted to go to the hospital where I’d received my prenatal care, and where my doctor was.
Well they contested and said that we would pass at least five hospitals on the way there. I stood my ground while remaining calm because at this point my contractions are growing closer and closer together.
To my amazement, these two nitwits told me that they needed to call a supervisor to receive authorization to transport me half way across town to where I wanted to be taken. So we waited outside until a supervisor showed up.
At this point I’m feeling like Mary ans there’s no room at the inn. He arrived and started talking even more stupid than the first two. He tells me, “Well ma’am this is not really considered to be an emergency, women give birth at home all of the time.” Without trying to curse him out I responded, “Well, I didn’t plan on a home delivery and I suggest that if you didn’t come here to deliver a baby, you give us the okay to leave.” ” I have insurance, if you’re worried about not being paid for the transport.” I snapped, because at this point my contractions are five minutes apart on a continuous basis.
We left and make it to the hospital before any thing major happens, like my water breaking. We get to the maternity floor and one nurse is getting my information from the paramedics, while another is checking me out. To their astonishment I was already 9cm.
Before I found out the gender of my unborn child, I had chosen the name Gabrielle which means “God’s messenger” in Hebrew, and at 5:16 am Christmas morning I delivered a 6 lb. 7 oz. baby girl. She is truly the most priceless and most memorable Christmas gift.
And since I am not currently mobile, I will be pruchasing a car after I win the prize money so that my daughter and I can avoid another winter of standing out at the bus stop.

Priceless!!!!!!!!

What I call priceless to me is last year was the first Christmas in our new house and even though we didn't have any living room furniture we still had a good time.We went to church came back home and I cooked dinner there weren't any presents but we had a tree and the house was still decorated and my children understood why mommy couldn't afford any presents and I never let them believe that santa brought presents. But the best thing about it was that they really understood and it made Christmas a whole lot easier.

I think a few Christmas's ago was what I would call priceless to me. A few years back money was real tight, I was about 16 or so and my dad had got the news of no bonus that year. Which of course meant a bit of a rainy Christmas, and maybe even not being able to see him because he might not have had enough money to make it down for Christmas. When Christmas came around there wasn't much under the tree but at that point it didn't matter. We were sitting back enjoying family time. My sister had come home from college, my brother his wife and kids were there as well as her grandmother. My mom and dad, divorced, even shared in the good times and to see them not be at each others necks is a one in a million thing. We had laughs that year, no drama. When family can come together, and not fuss and fight over little things we can have a good time and create a moment that truly is, "Priceless".

What is truly a priceless holiday experience to me is getting all of my family together since our "Big Mamma" is dead & gone we have to step-up and make it happen like if she was still here with us. Picking the house we will be having Christmas at make a list of who all we need to buy for so everybody will have something like our Big Mamma use to do for us only if it was a bath towel a pair of socks a dish towel something you had something to open & we all sit around eat talk sing and enjoy all the new babies that are in our family. Talk about a family members dish that she bring every year that no one never eat because you are afraid that you will get sick. Sit around and watch everybody open their gifts as a family shoud do during the Holidays!!! Thats whats priceless to me FAMLY!!! a family that prays together stays together...

First of all I would like to thank both Birdman and TheUrbanDaily for giving away such a wonderful gift and reminding us what really does count during the Holidays! My most priceless (and I mean that in the literal sense)holiday memory is this Winter actually. I recently quit my job to pursue another job only to find out that it was shady, so I then was unemployed. I currently live with my sister and Mother and things have been tighter than ever since my income isn't helping out with various bills. Of course I then began to think negatively and even got a little depressed, not realizing the many blessings around me. My Mother (a very strong-willed Haitian) tirelessly and effortlessly told me that she would do anything she can to help me get another job and reminded me that this Christmas would be a very special one. She then asked for referrals at her job for me as I continued to apply for jobs online. When it comes to her baby, she is a BEAST! Well, after a couple of weeks, her hard work paid off; for I have interviews to go to starting tomorrow and next week! God is good all the time and so is my Mom! She helped me regain hope and faith and I couldn't have made it through my rough patch without her strength. In two weeks my Birthday is coming up in the same week of Christmas. And indeed my Birthday and Christmas will be oh so special, memorable, and most importantly PRICELESS!
