Men with heavy egos plus men who allegedly got money equals a recipe for violence. Did I mention rappers beef with rappers? Rappers can’t afford a bodyguard so they pack their own heat. It is cheaper in the short run to spend $500 then pay $100,000 plus per bodyguard per year.
