In this exclusive interview with TheUrbandaily, producer Ski Beatz talks about his latest project 24 Hour Karate School 2, working with Dame Dash‘s son and what he thinks of Jay-Z and Kanye’s Watch The Throne album. Ski was one of Jigga Man’s first producers, providing the beats to “In My Life Time,” “Feelin It”, “Politics As Usual”, “22 2′s” and others.

“In my OPINION I’m not blown away because I’ve heard better music from both of them,” he said during our sitdown at Tillman’s in NYC. “It’s a cool album, and if they keep it honest with themselves they’ll say it’s cool. I’m pretty sure they’re not saying it’s the hottest sh*t they’ve done in their life…it was a brand move…it’s all business.”

Last Friday, Dame Dash admitted to owing $2 Million Dollars in back taxes on Sway In The Morning on Shade 45. The co-founder of Roc-A-Fella records says he isn’t broke because he’s a business man who has several businesses. The rumors of Dame Dash being broke and owing the IRS have circulating on blogs for a while now.

Dame Dash reportedly owes the IRS $2,984,364 after they filed a tax lien against him in June! According to AtlantaPost.com “Dash’s problems became public in 2008 when he faced foreclosure on two downtown condos in New York and had his luxury SUV repossessed due to unpaid legal fees. He couldn’t keep up with his $78,500 monthly mortgage payment on his two residences that he bought for $7.3 million according to Forbes and by 2010, one of his Tribeca condos was sold in a foreclosure sale for $5.5 million.”

Dame Dash is no stranger to being apart of a winning team. Before Roc-A-fella, he started a group called “Best Out” in Harlem. The crew wore jackets and T-shirts that said “Best Out.” They were known for dope parties and wearing the latest fits. Basically meaning the best crew out in New York City. While being interviewed by Star & Bucwild for Philly’s 100.3 The Beat, Beanie Sigel revealed that Dame Dash owes him $11 million.

Beans says that his lawyer discovered $11 million that he was owed but never paid. He says that he hasn’t spoken to Dame in years, and that when Dame was showing up to support Beans during a case he caught a few years back, that it was all a facade.

While most were expecting Cam’ron and Dame to embarrass themselves and sound like two ignorant rap stars , they proved that they are actually quite intelligent. Even though Cam’ron raps about guns, drugs, and women he made a good point, that if he has more influence on a child than their parents then thats a problem.

Apparently Sticky Fingaz has an issue with Dame Dash and his new BlakRoc project because Onyx’s new project is called “Black Rock.” In the prologue to Onyx’s new video, Sticky is shown having a rhyming conversation on the phone with a voice that sounds like Jay-Z (read: it’s an impersonator).
