Dennis Rodman is going from one reality show to another. The former NBA star boozed himself off of Donald Trump’s “Celebrity Apprentice” this past spring, but will try to sober up this summer as part of Dr. Drew’s “Celebrity Rehab.”

Joining D-Rod will be Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss, “One Day at a Time” star Mackenzie Phillips, actor Mike Starr, country singer Mindy McCready, disgraced Miss Teen USA Kari Anne Peniche (who was stripped of her title when she posed for Playboy), Joey Kovar from 2008′s “Real World: Hollywood” and Lisa D’Amato, the drunken contestant from Cycle 5 of “America’s Next Top Model.”

In other Rodman news, the New York Post’s Page Six has been tracking him ever since he drunkenly scooted out on a $1,500 tab at restaurant Philippe at Gansevoort South in Miami.

This week, he showed up at Fort Lauderdale club Exit 66 but ended up politely paying his bill at 2:30 a.m. before leaving, the column noted. “He only polished off half a bottle of Jagermeister, despite being offered two,” according to their source.

Reports claimed Rodman and his entourage walked out on a $1k bill at the Ganesvoort South in Miami and the crew pulled the bad behavior at restaurant Philippe inside the Ganesvoort the next night.

“He was so wasted he couldn’t carry a sentence,” an onlooker dished to reporters. “After consuming $1,500 worth of food and drinks, “Dennis sneaks, or I should say stumbled, out of the restaurant. Then, his friends start leaving… until the manager picked up on it and presented the bill to the last three guests at the table.”

The Miami Beach Police Department were reportedly called to the hotel where the bill dramz was finally disputed.

We only hope Rodman paid his buds back!”

Dennis Rodman will reportedly check into a rehab facility to treat his alcohol addiction after first turning down pleas from his wife and friends during a failed intervention [click here to read].

As previously reported, family and friends of Rodman, including his former Los Angeles Lakers coach, Phil Jackson, unsuccessfully reached out to the star, who had refused to admit himself to an inpatient facility [click here to read]. The recent “Celebrity Apprentice” participant said he wanted instead attend the show’s live season finale this weekend.

But according to E! Online, the former NBA star has now agreed to enter an outpatient program where he’ll regularly see a counselor.

Says his rep, “He will be in New York City for the finale on Sunday.”

NBC has announced that Clint Black, Andrew Dice Clay, Annie Duke, Tom Green, Natalie Gulbis, Scott Hamilton, Jesse James, Claudia Jordan, Khloe Kardashian, Brian McKnight, Joan Rivers, Melissa Rivers, Brande Roderick, Dennis Rodman, Herschel Walker and Tionne Watkins will be taking on Donald Trump in the boardroom when The Celebrity Apprentice premieres on Sunday, March 1 at 9pm ET:

NBC and Donald Trump announced today the all-star celebrity cast for the second sensational season of “The Celebrity Apprentice” premiering on Sunday, March 1 (9-11 p.m. ET/PT).

On the first ever “Celebrity Apprentice” last season, winner Piers Morgan changed the way the game was played, winning millions for charity and setting the bar for all who follow. Now 16 new celebrities will rise to the challenge and once again it will be men versus women. The men include: Clint Black, Andrew Dice Clay, Tom Green, Scott Hamilton, Jesse James, Brian McKnight, Dennis Rodman, and Herschel Walker. The women include: Annie Duke, Natalie Gulbis, Claudia Jordan, Khloe Kardashian, Joan Rivers, Melissa Rivers, Brande Roderick and Tionne Watkins. All the celebrities will be vying for the coveted title as they fight for their respective causes.

“Last season’s ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ became one of the hottest shows on television — and this season will be even better,” said Trump. “We have an amazing cast of celebrities and we are looking forward to some fantastic entertainment.”

The 16 celebrities will compete in business-driven tasks around New York City using their fame, rolodexes and their business acumen to win weekly tasks, while ultimately battling with each other to stay out of the boardroom and avoid hearing those dreaded words “You’re Fired!” They’ll be subjected to long hours, grueling mental challenges, personality clashes and intense scrutiny — all without the help of their regular support system of agents, managers and personal assistants.

This season the competition is more cut throat than ever with a group of celebrities that will fight, tooth and nail, to win. Such intensity will result in flare-ups that, Piers Morgan says, “make his legendary fights with Omarosa look like a tea party.”

Ultimately they will face the judgment of Donald Trump and his advisors in the boardroom, which will include his children (and colleagues), Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr. Also appearing in the boardroom alongside Trump will be his longtime associate and trusted colleague, George Ross.

The boardroom will feature a “rotating seat,” allowing a variety of famous business leaders and industry legends to join Trump in spirited judgment of the tasks. As with last season, winning celebrity teams will relish the opportunity to watch the losing team squirm in the boardroom from the comfort of their own war rooms.

When all is said and done, 15 celebrities will be famously fired and only one will emerge to become The Celebrity Apprentice.
