Former boxer Evander Holyfield is facing foreclosure again. He’s behind on loan payments on two properties. The ajc reports:

Holyfield has grossed more than $248 million in the ring, but two divorces, several failed business ventures and child support
payments believed to total $500,000 annually have taken a toll on his financial well-being.

The father of 11 last boxed in December, losing to WBA champion Nikolai Valuev in Switzerland. His last significant payday came in 2003, when he received $5 million to fight James Toney.

Asked about his finances last June, Holyfield said, “I’m not broke. I’m just not liquid.”

Evander, maybe you should have kept your pants zipped up and stopped poking around while you were married.

Is Isaiah Washington being evicted?

The economy does not discriminate. According to Radaronline actor Isaiah Washington may be forced out of his Los Angeles home.

In unlawful detainer papers filed on March 24, the actor’s former landlord claims Washington is five months behind in rental payments totaling to $100,000. Washington and his wife Jenisa were recently served with a “3-day notice to pay rent or quit”, which basically means they have to evacuate the premises if they do not make the payments up.

In response to reports that she had a house in foreclosure, R&B singer T-Boz essentially told Essence.com that the TLC hit “No Scrubs” was not just a song.

“No, I’m not homeless,” she told the magazine’s website. ” During my last marriage [to Mack 10], I had a bunch of things that were put in my name. If one of those properties is going into foreclosure then I don’t know. Although I’ve been divorced for five years, there are still a lot of things I’m dealing with on getting straight in that regard. All I know is that the house I live in with my daughter is not.”

T-Boz divorced the Westside Connection MC in 2004 after four years of marriage.

The Los Angeles Times reports Knight’s $6.2 million Malibu mansion was recently sold in bankruptcy court for $4.56 million.

The sale is likely the last in a financial freefall that began when Knight and Death Row filed for bankruptcy protection in April of 2006.

Within the last few weeks, Knight has sued Kanye West, accused the Barstow Police Department of stealing a diamond earring and been charged with assault for allegedly beating his girlfriend.
