Waka Flocka and Gucci Mane are collaborating efforts and bank accounts to foot the bill for their fallen friend Slim Dunkin, real name Mario Hamilton, who was shot and killed at an Atlanta recording studio last Friday. TMZ reports:

“The rappers are pooling their assets to ensure Slim is laid to rest in the best way possible … with an elaborate funeral that includes a white horse-drawn carriage, massive white floral arrangements, and a white dove release ceremony.”

Break out the “Free Gucci Mane” T-Shirts because Radric Davis is going back to prison.

Today, Gucci Mane plead guilty to two counts of battery, two counts of reckless conduct and one count of disorderly conduct. The rapper was just released from prison two months ago and not too long after was accused of pushing a 36 year old woman by name of Diana Graham out of his moving hummer truck.

He will serve 6 months in jail, pay a 3k fine and $5,091 restitution.

Gucci Mane‘s lawyer denies that his client pushed a woman out of his car while it was still in motion. Gucci Mane plans to plead not guilty to a misdemeanor battery charge stemming from the incident.

“We obviously believe the charges are false,” Gucci’s lawyer Ashutosh Joshi said. “We don’t agree with them and we look forward to having the opportunity to fight the charges in court.”

Gucci Mane, born Radric Davis, was officially charged with battery, reckless conduct and disorderly conduct after allegedly pushing 36-year-old Diane Graham out of his moving car after Graham refused a sexual advance made by the rapper.

Due to 4/20, we at The Urban Daily decided to put together a gallery of celebrities who love to smoke marijuana and probably celebrate this controversial holiday every day of their lives.

4/20 was started back in the 70′s by some kids who would meet at 4:20 pm by the Louis Pasteur statue outside their school and search around for the cannabis plants that grew wildly over there. After finding some cannabis they used it to “blaze it up.” Somehow it evolved into a national celebration for cannabis lovers. From what I hear when people used to go to Central Park, they(I don’t know who “they” are) would drop marijuana from the sky (funny right).

Other names for marijuana: piff, kush, weed, chronic, haze, drough, sour diese, etc.

Gucci Mane Still In Jail; Hasn’t Posted Bail

Gucci Mane remains in a Dekalb County, GA jail cell one week after being arrested for allegedly pushing a woman out of a moving vehicle.

Vibe.com reports that Gucci Mane, born Radric Davis, had bail set at $5,700, however no one has posted the bail money.

Gucci Mane was arrested on misdemeanor battery charges stemming from an incident in which he allegedly pushed a woman out of a moving car after she refused a $150 proposition for sex. He will also be charged with violation of his probation from an earlier charge.

Gucci Mane is said to have picked up a 36-year-old woman from a mall in the Atlanta, GA area on January 28th. Gucci asked her to go for breakfast with him, but he tried to take her to a hotel instead. He offered the woman money in exchange for sex. She refused. Gucci then pushed the woman out of the car as he drove down a road.

The woman suffered some injuries as a result of being tossed out of the car. “There was some visible bodily harm, scrapes and contusions,” said Sgt. Adrion Bell of the DeKalb police department.

We previously reported that Gucci Mane was recently arrested for an incident that occurred in January in which he pushed a woman out of a moving car. The incident occurred after the woman refused a $150 proposition from Gucci Mane for sex.

According to the police report obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, Gucci Mane, born Radric Davis, picked up a woman at a local mall. He invited her out for breakfast and then tried to offer her $150 to go to a hotel with him. She refused and was then pushed out of his car while it was still moving. She was taken to the hospital with “soreness and pain.”

Gucci Mane was arrested on Friday, April 8th, and is being charged with misdemeanor count of battery. Police say he pushed a woman out of a moving car during a dispute.

Gucci Mane was visiting his probation officer when he was arrested by the DeKalb County Fugitive Squad for the incident. It’s currently unknown when the incident took place.

As a result of the arrest Atlanta rapper could face a longer jail sentence for violating his previous probation.

Gucci Mane‘s new album, The Return Of Mr. Zone 6, dropped today, and our friends over at The BVX gave it a spin. They also put together a list of the 7 most ridiculous lines from the album.

1. ’24 Hours’
What he’s talking about: “I’m f***in’ wit a white girl you can call me Ice T/ ‘Cause I got my crystals on you can call ‘em Spike Lee…”

What it sounds like: In trying to express how he never sleeps and is always on his grind, Gucci makes a number of comparisons that don’t make a lot of sense.

2. ‘Better Baby’
What he’s talking about: “I know that I need her/ But I don’t know how to treat her…Though I wanna keep her/ Be jealous if she leave, uh…”

What it sounds like: Relying on the word ‘her’ (sounding like ha) as the rhyming word in each line of the chorus kind of makes what was intended to be a trap star’s version of a tender love song feel like a parody of an early Juvenile track.

3. ‘I Don’t Love Her’ (Feat. Rocko and Weebie)
What is he talking about: “Polo to the floor, Ralph down like Carlton/ Try the CO, they gone put you on a carton…”

What it sounds like: Gucci might have been drawing on his recent incarceration with this random couplet in a song about loving some things about his lady, but surely he wasn’t wearing those fancy threads behind the walls.

Waka Flocka & Gucci Mane Join Forces For “Ferrari Boys” Album

Waka Flocka Flame & Gucci Mane are joining forces for a collaborative album under the “Ferrari Boys” moniker. The album will be released on 1017 Brick Squad Records.

In an interview with Billboard.com, Gucci Mane describes the album as “the hardest album of the year. The songs are so clever, the beats are so slammin’, and the lyrics are just so aggressive. There’s so much energy that we bring to the studio. Nobody’s gonna be able to top this album that me and Waka are coming out with.”

Before the Ferrari Boys album drops, Gucci Mane will drop his retail mixtape, The Return of Mr. Zone 6 on March 22nd.

If you’re looking to get a tattoo on your face like Gucci Mane recently did, don’t ask Gucci Mane’s tattoo artist, Shane Willoughby, to do it. The tattoo artist recently said that he will no longer do large facial tattoos.

Willoughby recently talked to Vibe.com about Gucci Mane’s request for an ice cream cone tattoo on his cheek. He says that he was a little hesitant to fulfill the rapper’s request.

“I was [hesitant] like ‘Are you sure you want to put that much [ink] in that area?,’” Willoughby tells Vibe. “He came straight to the counter and that’s where he pointed.”

“When [Gucci] said he wanted to do the ice cream thing I said ‘Well why don’t we do it somewhere else?’ But he was like I don’t have anywhere else.”

Willoughby also says that, contrary to popular belief, Gucci Mane was completely sober at the time of his visit to Willoughby’s Tenth Street Tattoos in Atlanta.

But what about the lightning bolts??

“He said ‘I want something rock ‘n roll.’ There’s nothing more rock ‘n roll then lightening bolts,” Willoughby revealed.

Though Willoughby stands by his work, he says he’ll never do a facial tattoo again. “I don’t think I’ll ever do [that] again… no matter how successful [the celebrity].”

It seems that Gucci Mane may not have been locked up in a mental institution after all.

According to RumorFix.com, Gucci’s manager, Deb Antney, and publicist, Kali Bowyer, both deny that the rapper was sent to a mental institution after filing a plea of “mental incompetency” earlier this month.

“Hell no! He’s not in a mental facility. He’s in the studio with Waka Flocka,” Bowyer told the website.

“Gucci was never in a mental facility,” Antney says.

But maybe Gucci should’ve been there after all, because yesterday the rapper got an ice cream cone tattooed on his face.

The ice cream cone was inked by Tenth Street Tattoo owner/artist Shane Willoughby and has “Brrr” written on it, as well as two lightning bolts coming out of the top of it.

Less than a month after DMX entered a prison mental facility, Gucci Mane finds himself in one as well.

According to TMZ, Gucci Mane filed a “Special Plea of Mental Incompetency” in a Georgia courtroom yesterday which stated that he was unable to “intelligently participate in the probation revocation hearing.”

The judge ordered Gucci into custody and he was taken to a mental health facility, pending evaluation of his mental state.

Judge Recommends Jail Time For Gucci Mane

A Superior Court judge has ordered that Gucci Mane be sent to prison for a year, for violating the terms of his probation during an altercation in November of 2010.

According to Dennis Byron’s Hip-Hop Enquirer website, Gucci could be sentenced to over a year in prison, for the probation violation.

The rapper’s attorney unsuccessfully argued to have Gucci, born Radric Davis, placed on home confinement.

In the end, a Fulton County Superior Court judge agreed that a prison term for Gucci Mane was inevitable.

If he is found guilty, Gucci Mane could spend as many as 17 months behind bars. The rapper has a hearing date for January 24th, 2011.

In November of 2010, Gucci Mane was arrested after police reported a white Hummer driving erratic on Northside Drive in Atlanta. When officers responded to the scene, they found Gucci Mane arguing with another man. Gucci allegedly struck the man as police attempted to diffuse the situation, resulting in officers pepper spraying the rapper.

He was charged with damage obstruction, damage to government property, driving without a license, reckless driving, running a red light or stop sign, failure to maintain a lane and driving on the wrong side of the road.

At the time, prosecutors dropped the charges and released Gucci for “want of prosecution.”

The November arrest came just six months after Gucci Mane was released from prison, after serving six months for a previous probation violation.

DMX Sentenced To Year In Jail, Gucci Mane Arrested In Raid

Hip-Hop star DMX will end 2010 with a year-long prison term, as the rapper’s probation was officially revoked in Arizona today (December 16th).

The Maricopa County Superior Court revoked the rap star’s probation from 2009, stemming from a conviction on fraud charges, identity theft, assault and a variety of other misdemeanor charges.

DMX tested positive for cocaine and oxycontin and admitted to using drinking alcohol, another violating of the terms of his probation.

In other unfortunate hip-hop news rapper Gucci Mane was arrested during a raid of rapper Waka Flocka Flame’s house this morning. Authorities were in search of drugs, and reports of prostitution.

Waka’s mother, Debra Antney, told TMZ.com that a number of Henry County, police officers raided the rapper’s house and handcuffed Gucci Mane, who heads up the 1017 Bricksquad imprint.

Gucci Mane caught a break today after Fulton County, GA authorities dropped several charges against the rapper after he was arrested yesterday on multiple traffic violations.

It was announced during a first appearance court hearing Wednesday morning the case was being dropped “for want of prosecution.” The judge told the performer, whose real name is Radric Davis, that the charges could be refiled.

Davis was jailed Tuesday, and held overnight, on charges of damage to government property, obstruction, driving without a license, reckless driving, running a red light or stop sign, failure to maintain a lane and driving on the wrong side of the road.
