According to TMZ, The Georgia Department of Revenue filed a state tax lien against Nash claiming didn’t file income taxes in 2007, which totaled $60, 578. If you include interest and fees, the total balloons to $117,401.

(via YAHOO)  Divorce certainly hasn’t slowed down Christina Milian.  The beautiful and bubbly actress/singer  sat down with “Let’s Talk About Love” hostess Niecy Nash to dish about love and relationships.  Milian says “a  lot of men will say ‘I can’t believe a guy would cheat on Christina.’ But it happened!”  Milian then goes on to explain that a woman’s looks has nothing to do with keeping her man faithful, “beauty has nothing to do with it.”

Speaking on her marriage to The Dream, Milian had this to share:

“I know I’m a really good wife and a really good girlfriend.  I know we’re supposed to take the blame for certain things, butI gotta say I’m good at all that stuff.”

Milian’s career is currently on the upswing. In addition to being the new social media correspondent for “The Voice,” she’s been tapped to play the lead in an upcoming ABC Family sitcom “Maid in Miami.”

“Everybody’s calling for an album now, so I should have one out by August,” The-Dream said outside of the premiere of Justin Bieber‘s new film, Never Say Never.

He also revealed that he is planning on working on Bieber’s next album, along with Danja and Kanye West.  “We’ve actually been working on the next record, so I’ve been writing, just to get ready,” he said.

Kim Kardashian was busy stretching her 15 minutes of fame this New Year’s Eve.  The reality TV star debuted her new single produced by The Dream “Turn It Up” at TAO nightclub in Las Vegas. It doesn’t sound half bad if you ask me.

Also check out photo stills from the music video directed by Hype Williams. Word is that Kanye is supposed to cameo in the video.

C Milli wants a judge to throw out the divorce papers that her “husband” The-Dream filed nine days before the birth of their daughter, Violet.She claims that he lied about the status of their relationship and that he cheated on her!

From TMZ:

In her legal response, filed last week in Georgia, Milian claims the marriage wasn’t really kaput when he filed the divorce docs — and subsequently had “marital relations on numerous occasions.”

But Milian also claims that if the court does grant the divorce — it shouldn’t be based on The-Dream’s claim that the marriage is “irretrievably broken” — but rather because the The-Dream was cheating on her.

In the docs, Milian admits that she signed a settlement agreement with The-Dream in which both parties waved any alimony or ownership right’s to the other person’s property.

But Milian claims she only signed the docs because The-Dream brought them to her bedside when she was 9-months pregnant … when she was in no condition to sign such important papers.

If C Milli is telling the truth, that’s mighty low of you Terius!!!

Terius “The-Dream” Nash definitely is not trying to win that father/husband of the year award for 2010!

First there was the interview with Parlour Magazine:

Do you help [your wife] Christina [Milian] out when you’re home?

I don’t because my “helping out” turns into expectations. I’ll get [our daughter] Violet on a late night maybe one or two times, but after that, no. If Christina’s tired, call the nanny, call Violet’s granny. We got people.

The plot thickens!

After all of the hoopla this morning surrounding these photos, a rep from The-Dream’s camp confirmed to UsMagazine.com that the couple split up….. last year!

Terius ‘The-Dream” Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful. The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward.

The former couple married in a quickie Las Vegas ceremony on September 4th, 2009, and had yet another ceremony later that year on a hotel rooftop in Rome in front of three friends with plans for a third ceremony with all the bells and whistles at some point this year.

The vid is set in an old warehouse with chicks dressed in all black, strumming strings behind him like they even know how to pronounce half the instruments they’re playing. The Dream has on a “Michael Jacksony” jacket and is singing into a mic like Ciara in “Promise.” The sweet thing about this video, is that it’s 3 videos in 1– Nikki pt. 2, Yamaha and Abyss. Good thing all the Dream’s music sound the same so they tradition pretty easy!

R&B producer The-Dream, label mate Mariah Carey and Def Jam Records are facing a lawsuit over a duet production from The-Dream’s album Love vs. Money.

Preston Marshall and Demario Driver have filed a lawsuit against the singers and record label Island Def Jam for copyright infringement over the production of “My Love,” seeking $450,000 in damages, according to YoRaps.com.
