    no it was beyonce that fell at her show and she jumped up and kept performing “ring the alarm”.

    Actually, both Michelle and Beyonce fell. Michelle fell on 106 & Park when she was in Destiny’s Child and they were performing “Soldier” and it was about a year or two ago when Beyonce busted her ass and fell down the stairs while performing “Ring the Alarm”.
