kenglover, you are absolutely right. Sad thing is I see MORE WOMEN defend Chris abusing Rihanna than I do men. That just goes to show you what kind of society we live in and how many women have low self-esteem and self-worth! This behavior is UNexcuseable and UNacceptable. However, “IF” Chris has learned from this ordeal and is genuineley sorry I wish him nothing but the best and hope that he has grown behind this. After all, if you don’t learn from your mistakes you are doomed to repeat them!!! Love RiRi and glad to see she is back to the world :) .

First of all, I wish we would understand what LOVE is. What we have done is taken our selfish, self-centered LUST and mistaken it for LOVE. Love is selfless, lust is selfish. Love is letting the other person be who they are, Lust tries to control and change a person. Love is giving, kind, patient and longsuffering. Lust is taking, harsh and impatient.

That is nothing wrong with LOVE. What Rihanna should have said was, F LUST. Love is God and anybody in an abusive relationship is NOT in a LOVING relationship but a LUSTFUL one. Love is NOT blind, LUST is blind because all one can see when they are FULL OF LUST is what they want.

I hate to hear people confuse these two. However, deception is the enemy’s greatest weapon and with it comes destruction. I wish Rihanna and Chris the best and hope they both come into the TRUTH of what love is and IS NOT.

What if you were unable to walk away? What if she came at you with any kind of weapon? Would you be able to restrain yourself then or would you lose your life just because you don’t believe in hitting a woman?

Now I know the reported situation was nothing like what I just asked, and in no way do I promote domestic violence. But we need realize that men do indeed get abused by women, but are unwilling to admit it because of the standards society has set: the man has to be the strong one, the woman is the weak one.
