Jill Scott’s New HBO Show Premieres Tonight!

With her HBO series, “The No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency,” premiering tonight, Jill Scott was unable to be present this past Thursday evening at an invitation-only premiere at Philadelphia’s Prince Music Theater.
The Philadelphia Daily News’ Ellen Gray reports that Scott, who stars as Precious Ramotswe, beloved heroine of a series of detective novels set in Botswana — where the series’ two-hour pilot and its first season were filmed — is entering the last month of her pregnancy.
The 36-year-old singer/actress is expecting her first child on April 25th recently relocated to Southern California and is not in travel mode.

Jill scott is such a talented singer. She should be a great actress and new mom too. I wish her the best and hopefully will get to watch the show.
