Janet Jackson hit up Jay Leno’s show to promote her book “TRUE YOU” and Tyler Perry’s new movie “Why Did I Get Married Too?“. She also goes into detail on what her book is about and tells how the producers of Good Times made her feel as if she wasn’t good enough because of the body modifications they wanted her to make at the age of 10.

well she looks great to many of our black stars are over weight after forty and i wont say no names a lot of us use the excuse that we pick up weight because were older and not as active as we used to be but in reality were just over eating and not as active as we used to be having money has made them reliant on other to do the physical things they would normally do themselves thus picking up weight …….

Exactly! I agree. MONEY WILL DO a body good! Shots to shed fat, pills to make your skin lighter, etc. And the thing of it is that many sistas started out being attractive to begin with and many HAVE now facc’d themselves up with hormones, etc.
If you want to live and BE in shape, you HAVE to exercise and burn off more calories than you put it. Stop making it complicated.
