I love The Game that is my show I think its awesome I couldn’t figure out why they put it on friday night when alot of people are going out but its ok im sure B.E.T will pick it right on up.

DAMN! I just got into that show and as I am watching the re-runs, I was anxiously waiting for the new season. I do hope that BET or other Networks pick it up.

I’m not suprised at all. The main tv networks aren’t checking for or want Black tv shows at all. This is a disturbing trend that needs to be stopped.

I love this show & a saddened to see it go. BUT a better network for it would be TVOne NOT BET. Alot of families have BET channel blocked & even though this show is NOT for children it is for older teenagers & young adults as some of the subject matter is highly relevant. I see the CW has officially completed its whiteout. Cannot say I did not see this coming.

I loved the show since the line-up it was in with Girlfriends, and Half-n-Half. I hope BET will pick it up, cause the show is straight forward,and no bull-*ish! I think the CW is a racist network they were the last tv network with black shows on. They had a campaign to save The Game why did they have us post blogs and answer polls if they already knew they were gonna cancel the show. I think they bsed us because they knew they weren’t bringing it back I hope another network picks it up it really got better over the seasons even though I loved the show from the start.

I really love the show. Watch the re-runs so much I know almost all the lines and still laugh at all the jokes. This really is a well put together cast. The whole break up season wasnt great but it kept you watching, cause mel and rookie are meant to be together. We cant just be left with the season finale.

I really didnt appreciate the way CW set the show up for failure. When they took over UPN, most of the black shows were cancelled, then the only three remaining, Girlfreind, Everybody hates Chris and the Game, were moved from Monday night to Friday night. An evening when most people are out starting the weekend. Those were the only shows that I bothered watching on CW and since all the black shows are now cancelled, they just lost themselves a viewer. I hope it was really worth it to the CW Station or the Completely White Station.

im really sad that the show was canceled on CW, so CBS, NBC, or BET should pick up the show’s fifth season. we should start a petition to bring the show from the grave.

This show needs to be picked up by another network. If you’ve looked at all the black shows over the years, can you name one that had a proper ending? You can’t. I saw the season finale last week, and we need to know what happens next. It’s unfair that our shows gets the boot, when the cliffhangers leave us scratching our heads.

Be disappointed, but not surprised. This ain’t nothing but Living Single and a host of other shows all over again. If they can’t muscle more white people onto the show, they give it the boot. I’ve always heard that newer networks go through programming ‘cycles’ to build their ratings….. and the first phase is to feature a lot of shows that appeal to black audiences because Black folks watch a LOT of tv…we run their ratings up… then, they drop all their black shows (Either all at once or one by one)…and from the looks of it, they seem to add a buncha shows that appeal to teenagers/young adults. *shrugs*

Well, not that I watched the show or anything, but the most one can hope for now is that they allow them a proper send off the network, umlike the raggady way they ended the Girlfriends series- NOW that there was some COLD s**t! LOL! Besides, the CW is white-washed anyways. Everybody knows they place & use black shows on that network to build up the viewer base and then they creep in those lame white shows, and brush aside the original [black] shows that kept the network afloat. Simply put, F**K the CW.

I wasn’t surprised when the CW network cancelled the show. It was just a matter of time. The CW network wanted to keep the white shows such as Gossip Girl and 90210 to keep the young white viewers happy.

OMG why The Game? I Loved and still Love that show. I watch it on BET(reruns 11a-12noon Central Time)Mon.-Fri. and Friday evening on the CW. I’m just really saddened that we will not see Mel/Rookie grow as a married couple and I would have loved to see what happened next season when Tasha was over the initial shock that Kelly got balls enough to just cold smack the taste out of her. This isn’t the first time CW has done this, I remember before “CW” took over “UPN”. Black shows were on Monday,Tuesday Thursday nite, Now since CW is for mainly for “white viwers”. I just stopped watching their shows period until “The Game” came on. That is the only show I give CW the ratings. But now they are cancelling, while “The Game is the highest show out there.
