According to TMZ.com Tyra Banks’ former assistant is suing the model and TV host. Richard Thomas filed a claim in L.A County for $5, 820 insisting she owed him back wages for “services rendered as assistant and advisor.”

The loophole is that Thomas must ask Banks for the money prior to filing suit, but he can’t find her.

Come on, Tyra, we know you just won and Emmy and you’ve  got to have much stashed in a mattress somewhere.
