Vivica Fox Is Proud To Be A “Cougar”

Go ahead—call Vivica A. Fox a cougar. “[I’m] fine with it, because I was in my forties when [cougars] started becoming all the rage,” the actress, now 44, told RadarOnline.com. “I was like, ‘it’s about time you see that women in their 40s are in their prime!’”

Fox is the host of TV Land’s new reality show, The Cougar, which premieres on April 15. On the series, Fox guides 40-year-old single mom Stacey Anderson through a throng of 20-somethings vying for her attention. Fox, who has had relationships with younger men like 50 Cent and ex-husband Christopher Harvest, seemed a perfect fit for the role—and she wasn’t afraid to give Anderson her expert advice behind the scenes. “There were a couple of guys that she liked, that I was like, are you serious? They were so transparent,” she said. (Luckily, she said, those men eventually got the ax.)

    LOL, I agree with Chuga1.this is a LAME article..but its entertainment these days…I aint mad at Mz.Fox…true she has made some HORRIBLE picks (50-Cent), but shes having fun..Im headed for 31 years old and my man is only 25..and younger guys can have it going on..they also do not have some of the hang-ups and issues that men my age/older have.

    VIVICA DUMPED – FOR A ‘CLASSY LADY’

    Tough girl actress Vivica A. Fox has been dumped by her rapper lover 50 Cent — because he wants a woman who’s “classy” and “intelligent.”

    Rapper 50 made the startling snipe at his sexy ex after a series of furious rows over his sexy antics led to their split — and 50′s now insisting he wants a woman with more brains than looks.

    He says, “We’re over. I’m looking for a girl who’s intelligent, has class and they don’t have to be that beautiful.”

    The cracks began to appear last month when feisty Vivica banned 50 from performing at the World Music Awards with a bevy of scantily-clad girls — and her jealous behavior eventually drove them apart.

    Now pals say Vivica is “distraught” by her former beau’s cruel comments.

    One friend reveals, “It may sound harsh but I think it’s fair to say she was more into him than the other way around. She is a very fiery character with a jealous personality which would often lead to rows.

    “50 is very laid-back and couldn’t deal with her moods.

    “Because of who he is, he always has beautiful women throwing themselves at him. He can’t help that but Vivica didn’t see it that way.
