Jay-Z and Beyoncé got a special Presidential treat after their rehearsal for their inauguration concert at the Neighborhood Ball at the Warren Theater tonight in Washington, D.C.

As the songstress and hip-hop mogul left the rehearsal hall, they were informed that streets around the theater had been closed down and they would have to walk four blocks to their car.

According to the New York Daily News, Beyoncé, 27, said hell nah!

Beyoncé wouldn’t walk in high heels in the cold,” says a source. “The cops wouldn’t budge, but the Secret Service agreed to let the driver pick Jay and Beyoncé up, bring them to their hotel so they could change, and get them back to the theater.”

This couple has some pull. So much so, that Jay-Z, 39, said that he had spoken with our newly inaugurated president on Sunday.

He had an eagerness about him. He really wants to get to work,” Hova reported.

Beyoncé is allegedly singing Etta James‘ “At Last” for the new President and his First Lady tonight.

Who else senses an overnight visit in the Lincoln bedroom on the way for Jay and Sasha Fierce?
