“Lil’ Wayne says he doesn’t bother with books because he doesn’t believe what’s written in most of them. He tells G-Q magazine, “I don’t believe the Bible, nothing that’s written, because nothing that’s written is to be believed.” The rapper says there is one book though that he trusts — “The damn dictionary! Yeah, when we be in the studio fussing over a word [I say], ‘Go to the Internet, Google [it]. That’s like a normal thing to do around here. Dictionary comes up as one of those little things on my computer.” Lil’ Wayne also says Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps is in possession of an album’s worth of unreleased tracks he recorded. “I wrote this song for Michael Phelps, when we did Saturday Night Live together. Gave him a whole I-Pod with unreleased music. He was a good friend [and] never leaked it.”
