Warner Bros. Set To Remake "The Bodyguard"
Warner Bros. is planning to remake the successful 1992 Whitney Houston film The Bodyguard. No cast or release date has been announced for the remake.

The original film, starring Houston and Kevin Costner, was the second highest grossing film of 1992. Houston starred as Rachel Marron, a singer/actress who is protected from a stalker by her bodyguard, played by Costner. In the remake, the stalker is expected to use tools like the Twitter, Google Maps, and gossip blogs to terrorize the singer.
