Diddy Sued Over ‘Unforgivable’ Cologne Bottle Design
Sean “Diddy” Combs is being sued by an artist who claims his design was used without permission by the mogul for his “Unforgivable” cologne bottle.
According to TMZ.com, Tom Patti filed a lawsuit in Federal court last week against Diddy and his company, alleging he ripped off the glass cradle of “Unforgivable” from his design called “Modulated Solar Airframe”
Patti is reportedly seeking unspecified damages in the lawsuit. Diddy’s camp declined to comment.
