Raheem DeVaughn Receives Key To The City On His Birthday

This was a big week for Raheem DeVaughn, On May 4 the r&b singer celebrated his birthday with a Hennessy Black celebration at Josephine’s in Washington D.C. with some of his celebrity friends including Anwan “Big G” Glover from The Wire, Visanthe Shiancoe from the Minnesota Vikings and Navorro Bowman from the San Francisco 49’ers. In addition, May 5th will now be known as “Raheem DeVaughn Day” in Washington D.C.. He also received the key to the city from the Mayor for his commitment to the Community, the Preservation of Music and Arts for the Youth and his dedication to educating and eradicating HIV/AIDS in the District’s Communities.
