While recording his debut album Gotta Make It, Trey Songz released multiple mixtapes under the alias “Prince Of Virginia.” Trey released a single off the mixtape titled “Open The Closet,” a response record to R-Kelly’s “Trapped In The Closet,” which helped his buzz rise a few notches.
