A New York City rap crowd was anxious to see Slaughterhouse get on stage and tear Best Buy Theater down last night. The only problem was only three of the four members of the Shady 2.0 supergroup took the stage. Many outlets have reported Joe Budden was arrested a little after 10 PM. Budden is said to have been arrested for unpaid parking tickets. After noticing Joey’s absence, the crowd began chanting Joe’s name. They screamed, “Joey Joey Joey.“ Royce Da 5’9 responded to those chants by telling the audience, “We love Joey too. Chanting for him aint gonna get him outta jail.”
A member of Joe Budden’s camp, Ice, tweeted later in the evening letting everyone know Budden was back on the streets of New York City. He tweeted, “No need to #FreeJoeBudden cause he’s free.”
Joe Budden knew better. Everyone knows how cops do at the end of the month. That quota must be filled and you will be hauled off to jail for the slightest infraction of the law.
