It’s not just Kris Humphries (possibly), Reggie Bush (allegedly), and animal rights advocates (PETA certainly) who are less than impressed with Kanye West’s new track, “Theraflu.” The company behind the product that inspired the track’s title is not too fond of Kanye West’s latest musical offering either.

A rep for the company that created the cold medication said, “We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and likeness of Theraflu in this manner.”

TMZ added that the rep didn’t specify as to whether or not the company would sue, but did note that “their statement includes buzz words — image and likeness — that are often used in legal proceedings.”

In a statement, the rep added, “Theraflu is an over-the-counter product used to help relieve cold and flu symptoms that millions of consumers rely on.” Yes, we know, hence the nod in the track’s title. Why not just enjoy 2012’s answer to “Pass The Courvoisier?”
