O.J. Simpson Blames Daughter For Foreclosure

O.J. Simpson might be in jail, but that doesn’t mean he wants bad credit to go boot. According to the National Enquirer, O.J. Simpson’s daughter, Arnelle Simpson, is responsible for his Florida home going into foreclosure. The former football star still gets a $25,000-a-month NFL pension, which suggests that since he’s currently enjoying free room and board courtesy of the Florida Department of Corrections, he ought to be able to cover the $3,333 a month mortgage payment for his home in Kendall, Florida. However, payments haven’t been made since 2010 — and it’s all Arnelle’s fault.

A source told the tabloid, “O.J. was forced to sign paperwork to fight the foreclosure. He couldn’t get over it.” So much so that he apparently called her from his Nevada prison in a fury. The source added, “O.J. fought with Arnelle all the time about her drinking, and he tried for years to get her married to get her out of his house.”
