John Travolta is returning to his hero roles in the new film Savages. He fights to rescue a loved one after they’ve been abducted by drug dealers.
Directed by legendary director Oliver Stone, Savages is an ensemble film featuring Benecio Del Toro, Blake Lively, and Salma Hayek among others. The actors play different key players in a drug deal gone wrong. Hayek makes the statement that sets up the entire film, “To get to someone, you have to take something they love.” Apparently, John Travolta loves him some Blake Lively because he desperately fights to get her back. However, Travolta says this isn’t the ordinary drug film. Guess you’ll have to go see the film to find out why.
