In this next installment of TheUrbanDaily.com’s “Alumni” rapper ANTHM shares his experiences attending Duke University and how music had to take a back seat after graduation.

“I really wanted to pursue music after school but it was a unique opportunity to help out at home,” he says of his decision to become an investment banker. “My mom was out of a job my whole senior year and I got a signing bonus so I couldn’t say no. I felt if I really loved music and was real about my passion I’d make the time to get in the studio. If I wanted it, I’d get it.”
