Rihanna never ceases to amaze us. The Bajan beauty took to Instagram to show us her latest look: her gray hair. Although we’re used to Rih Rih switching her look up on us, this came as a surprise. One must think ‘what pushed Rihanna to go gray?’ Here’s a few reasons we think Rihanna sought this change:
1. She’s a trendsetter. Rih Rih knows what trends to set and when to do so. Maybe gray really is ‘the new black.’ She was the cause of the redhead movement, hopefully her gray ombre hair won’t catch on.
2. To keep the bloggers talking. Face it, not a day goes by where we aren’t talking about the rebellious pop star. She’s become the face of everything from MAC makeup products to her own perfume, Rogue. Check the stats, Rih Rih’s winning.
3. After being warned by her label to ‘chill’, Rihanna might have taken that the wrong way. They don’t want you to not live a young vibrant life girl, they just want you to take it easy girl. You know, preserve the sexy!
4. Jamie Foxx said ‘blame it on the alcohol,’ but maybe the steamy songstress prefers to blame it on the marijuana. To each his own Rihanna but we’re sure you have a lot of time before you’ll actually have to sport gray hair.
