Tracy Morgan Sues Walmart Over Car Accident That Injured Him

According to CNN, Tracy Morgan has filed a law suit against discount giant Walmart over claims that he was severely injured because the titan allowed one of its drivers to work after being awake for an extended period of time prior to his 10 hour shift.

CNN reports that Morgan, 45, suffered broken ribs, a broken nose and a broken leg in the crash in the early morning hours of June 7. His friend and fellow comedian James McNair lost his life and others were injured.
