The story of Dracula,  the world’s most famous vampire, has been told time and again over the last 100 years. But “Dracula Untold,” marks the first time the origin story of the ancient bloodsucker and Transylvanian prince known as Vlad The Impaler, has been revealed. Allow me to offer five reasons why you should check out “Dracula Untold” when it comes to theaters this Friday.

1. Luke Evans is in it

Luke Evans is Dracula. Coming off of great supporting roles in “The Hobbit” and “Fast and Furious 6,” Evans steps into his first leading role as the conflicted Prince Vlad, the man who will become Dracula.

2. Some of the cast is from the beloved “Game Of Thrones.”

Like Charles Dance…

… and Art Parkinson.

3. Bomb made of giant flock of bats

BONUS: Ramin Djawadi, who is responsible for the epic score of “Game Of Thrones” also does the music for Dracula Untold.

Need I say more?

4. “Sometimes the world doesn’t need another hero, sometimes what it needs is a monster.”

You have no pulse if this doesn’t give you chills.

5. Who doesn’t love a badass battle?!

The movie builds up an epic battle with lots of promise of blood-sucking scenes.

Dracula Untold hits theaters October 10

“Dracula: Untold” opens nationwide this Friday, October 3.
