Unlike the rest of the series, Game 4 of the Houston/Golden State series hasn’t been going the Warriors’ way. First, the Rockets burned Golden State with a crazy 45-point first quarter (the largest of the regular season). Then in the second quarter, this happened when Steph Curry attempted to block Trevor Ariza‘s shot.
Curry lied motionless for a few moments before walking to the locker room on his own power. He was diagnosed with a head contusion, so many understandably thought they wouldn’t be seeing Curry again for this game. Why should they? The Warriors are up 3-0.
Well, he did come back, and it wasn’t pretty.
The Rockets are still leading by double digits heading into the fourth quarter.
UPDATE: Curry eventually got back into the swing of things, but The Beard was too strong. Harden redeemed himself by putting up 45 points en route to a 128-115 win.
