Dwyane Wade Signs A One-Year Contract With The Heat
For a while, it looked like Dwyane Wade was looking to put on another jersey for next season. Cleveland looked like a possibility. However, those sorts of rumors will have to wait for another couple of months; Wade has signed a one-year contract with the Heat. He announced he was staying in Miami on Instagram.
The quick takeaway here is that Wade is very loyal; he’s been with the Heat for 12 years. But it’s not like he’s going down with a sinking ship. Although the Heat aren’t perennial contenders like they were in the LeBron James era, Goran Dragic and Chris Bosh ensures Miami will still be a threat in the coming year.
