Is there anything Beyoncé can’t do? Since Lemonade was literally a (short) movie, it’s only right that Beyoncé submit it for Emmy consideration.

HBO confirmed to EW that it will be submitted into the Variety Special category. The site reports:

The credits on the visual album include directors Beyoncé and Kahlil Joseph, and additional directors Melina Matsoukas, Todd Tourso, Dikayl Rimmasch, Jonas Akerlund, and Mark Romanek. It’s unclear who will be submitted for Emmy consideration. 

Zendaya just keeps winning.

On the heels of appearing in Beyonce’s Lemonade, the young star is one of the finalists for the lead role in James Cameron’s Battle Angel movie. James Cameron and Robert Rodriguez are directing the adaptation for the popular manga. The other finalists include Maika Monroe from It Follows and Rosa Salazar from the Maze Runner series. Comcast is in talks to acquire DreamWorks Animation in a deal reportedly worth more than $3 billion. Comcast’s Universal Pictures studio has been hugely successful in recent years with hit movies Despicable Me and of course, Minions. DreamWorks has been putting in plenty of work over the last decade or so with Shrek, Kung Fu Panda, and Madagascar.
