It’s no secret that PARTYNEXTDOOR is the mastermind behind Rihanna and Drake’s hit single “Work.”
The existence of PND’s “Work” demo came to light when actress/singer Keke Palmer shared a snippet of the original version on her Snapchat.
Now, someone has leaked the full version of the demo online. This one not only features PND, but also Drake, who switched up his verse for Rihanna’s released track.
Towards the end of the song, Drake changed his original lyrics “more blue dot, more champagne/ more good love to heal our pain/ Things haven’t been the same” to the version we’re familiar with today: “We need a face to face, you pick the time and the place, you spent some time away.”
Very interesting to see how the song’s transformed. Check it out below.
